Last meeting of the year 11/16- Teddi Yaeger, Shooting in Indoor Light!

I hope everyone is having fun taking “Legacy Portraits” of your little ones this month! I know I am planning to take full advantage of the holiday season to get a whole bunch of them!

Our LAST meeting of the year (*sniff*!) is coming up next Monday, November 16th at 6:30pm at Studio R in Fremont (315 N 36th St, second floor).  Please RSVP to the evite here if you haven’t already.

Our guest speaker is Teddi Yaeger, who is a fantastic, award winning family and wedding photographer! She was named a Red Tricycle Favorite (www.red-tri.com) and a Favorite Photographer for Family Photos by readers of ParentMap magazine (2005). She has five out of five stars in The Lila Guide: Baby-Friendly Seattle Area, and her baby and family images have been featured in national magazines!

Since it’s our last meeting of the year and we’ll be having a couple of months of dreary-weather shooting between meetings, I’ve asked Teddi to share her secrets of how to take amazing INDOOR portraits using natural light! This session will be chock full of useful tips that we can use all winter long for sure! Yeah!

We will also have circle time to discuss our legacy portraits so please print your favorites to share. A few of us will also just be coming out of the Me Ra Koh retreat the Saturday and Sunday before (unless they are all photography-d out that is, but I’ll be at our meeting for sure!) so we can set aside some time at the very end to share some favorite tips for folks who would like to hear about the workshop!

Happy shooting!
